Our Story

Vantric Systems was founded by engineers who kept getting hired to fix half-finished boards and firmware from other shops. Instead of continuing to clean up after rushed estimates and vague scopes, we set out to run engagements the way we'd want them run if we were the client.

That means fixed-scope proposals we actually stand behind, senior engineers on every project instead of a rotating bench of juniors, and documentation thorough enough that a client's internal team can take over without a painful handoff.

Today we work across embedded firmware, PCB design, and device connectivity — but the operating principle hasn't changed: build it like we're the ones who have to support it in the field next year.
